How long until I can walk on the carpet?
Usually 3–5 hours, depending on airflow and humidity. Socks are fine sooner; please wait the full time before moving furniture back onto it.
Will every stain come out?
Most food, mud and pet stains do. Some — bleach, dye, old rust or long-set wine — can be permanent. Your tech will tell you honestly before treating them.
Are your products safe for kids and pets?
Yes. We use biodegradable, neutral-pH cleaners and a clear-water rinse. Pets and kids can be back on the carpet once it's dry.
Do I need to move furniture?
We move sofas, chairs and tables. Please clear small items, toys and anything fragile, and leave beds, dressers and electronics in place — we clean around them.
What if I'm not happy?
Call within 7 days and we'll come back to re-clean the area at no charge.
